Nubuck turns up so beautiful after it is seasoned. Look at the one newly made on the top and the one used for about a year and a half. you would fall in love with it and appreciate as it has been tagged along with you, acompanying for a while...

There are 2 things are really difficult, one is that during hole punching, the alignment of the perforation needs to be extremely precise, one wrong, the whole thing gone... The other is the skiving of the ClickWheel portion. to maintain the sensitivity of the Wheel, I have to trim it to about 3mm, too thin, the strength of the leather would be gone, to thick, the iPod does not work at all.

Phone Casing for Samsung

Custom-made with a snap-on plastic casing. Veg-tanned Buffalo with pigskin lining.
It is a very bad experience dealing with the "rubber spay" finished layer. The silicon-like surface doesn't allow any glue to stay firmly. It is very different from customising a dash board. It is just too small. I have to work with the constrain that given by the snap-on casing. On the few inches of surface, any defect would be easily exaggerated. So it simply no minor mistake and defect allowed even a tiny one. It was under charged, but learnt a lot. Any similar order next round, it would be round $150-180.
